I ended up finding the shattle comb...Hello Caroline<br />I ended up finding the shattle comb to be too fine : it would get too dirty and for some sheep/fleeces it didn't seem to cut very well. What I've ended up using (& really liking) is the LISTER 20 Convexe comb which has 20 teeth. It's a great compromise between the chattle which has 25 teeth and the standard comb that has 13. You avoid cutting the sheep, but at the same time shearing is easy.
